01 Who runs this site

02 What this site is, and is not
Everything here is information about services we offer. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and browsing it does not create a contract between us.
A contract exists only when we have agreed a written proposal covering scope, price and delivery date, and both parties have signed it.
03 The estimator
The estimator gives an orientative price range based on the options you select. It is not a quote and we are not bound by it.
The real figure depends on scope, and it arrives in writing after a call. Once that written quote is signed, the price and the delivery date do not move. The number on the estimator carries no such commitment.
Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply depending on where you are established.
04 Our own products
The work shown under Work is our own: products we designed, built and operate ourselves. The figures given for them are accurate at the date of this page. They are shown as evidence of what we have built, not as a promise of what your project will achieve.
05 Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics of this site belong to us, except third-party names and logos, which belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the tools we work with.
You may read, print and share this site. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or reuse its text and design for a competing service.
06 Using it properly
Do not try to break into the site, overload it, scrape it at volume, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, malware or anything unlawful.
07 Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, including to the App Store and to our own products, we are not responsible for what those sites do or say.
08 Liability
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or never goes down.
We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of information on this site, including estimator output, before there is a signed contract between us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for gross negligence or for death or personal injury.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this site goes to the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless you are a consumer, in which case you keep the right to bring proceedings where you live.
10 Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
