Why show prices at all? Nobody else does.
Because hiding them wastes your time and ours. If the range does not work for you, you find out in sixty seconds instead of after two calls and a proposal. And if it does, we both start the conversation already knowing the shape of the thing.
How accurate is this?
It is built from what projects like yours have actually cost, and it is deliberately shown as a range rather than a single number. Most projects land inside it. The ones that do not are usually the ones with a requirement nobody mentioned until week three, which is exactly what the call is for.
Is this the final price?
No, and anything that claims to be is lying to you. This is an estimate. The fixed price arrives in writing within 48 hours of the call, and from that point it does not move.
Why is a freelancer cheaper than an agency for the same thing?
An agency price carries an account manager, a project manager, an office and a sales team. None of those write code. You are paying for the same output with fewer people billing against it.
What is not included?
Content and copywriting, photography, paid advertising budget, and the annual fees Apple and Google charge for developer accounts. Anything else that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted before it is done, never billed afterwards.
