Software studio

Software that ships in weeks, not quarters.

We build websites, mobile apps and AI automations for companies that do not have an in-house technical team. Fixed scope, fixed price, and a delivery date written into the contract.

The problem Most companies are choosing between three bad options.

There are four ways to get software built.

An agency
Quotes in months, bills in change requests, and hands you to an account manager who has never opened the codebase.
A marketplace
A lottery. You end up managing a stranger across eight time zones and hoping the second half of the work looks like the first.
Hiring
Sixty thousand a year plus three months of recruiting, before a single line of code exists.
Us
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. You talk directly to the people writing the code, from the first call to the day it goes live.
Where you are Pick the one that sounds like you.

What do you need help with?

I have an idea and nothing built yet.
We cut it down to the smallest version that actually proves the idea, quote that at a fixed price, and ship it. Most first versions are four to six weeks, not six months. What you get is a real product in front of real users, not a prototype.
I have an app that will not get through review.
Store rejections almost always come down to a handful of known causes. We work out which one it is, fix it, write the appeal, and get the app published. Two rounds of rejection are included in the price rather than billed as extras.
My team does something by hand that a machine should do.
We map the process, automate the part that actually costs you hours, and leave it logged so you can see exactly what it did and when. Built to survive production, not to look good in a demo.
Our website is old, slow, or embarrassing.
Rebuilt on a modern stack, fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals, and editable by your team without calling us back. Two to three weeks for most sites.
We built something with AI tools and now it is stuck.
Increasingly common and entirely fixable. We audit what exists, keep what is salvageable, rewrite what is not, close the security holes those tools tend to leave behind, and take it to production properly.

Whichever one sounds like you, the next question is what it costs.

Price it in a minute
What we build If it is technical and it ships, it is probably on this list.

One studio for the whole technical side.

You should not need three vendors and a project manager to put one product in front of your customers. We cover the build, the launch and everything awkward in between.

Websites and landing pages

Corporate sites, marketing pages and internal tools.

  • Built in Astro or Next.js, fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals
  • Content your team edits without calling us back
  • Analytics and conversion tracking wired in from day one
2 to 3 weeks

E-commerce

Storefronts, checkout, and the operational plumbing behind them.

  • Stripe checkout, subscriptions and invoicing
  • A catalogue you control, without a developer
  • Tax, shipping and refunds handled properly
3 to 6 weeks

Mobile apps

iOS and Android, from design to a live store listing.

  • One codebase for both platforms
  • App Privacy, Data Safety and IARC forms handled
  • Two rounds of store rejection included
4 to 8 weeks

AI automations

Agents and integrations that remove manual work from a process you already run.

  • Wired into the tools your team already uses
  • Guardrails and prompt injection hardening
  • Logged and monitored, so you can see what it did
2 to 4 weeks

App Store and Play publishing

The part that stops most teams, handled end to end.

  • Developer accounts, D‑U‑N‑S and certificates
  • TestFlight and internal testing tracks
  • A release pipeline so you can ship without us
1 to 3 weeks

Custom software

The internal tools nobody sells off the shelf.

  • Dashboards, back offices and admin panels
  • Integrations between systems that do not talk
  • Documented and handed over, no lock-in
Scoped per project

Every project includes documentation, a full handover, and every account registered in your name.

How it works Four steps. No discovery phase you pay for twice.

From first call to live, in four steps.

  1. 01

    The call

Twenty minutes. You describe the problem, we ask the questions that change the price, and we tell you straight whether we are the right fit. Sometimes we are not, and you will hear that on the call rather than in a proposal.

  2. 02

A fixed quote within 48 hours

Scope, price and delivery date. All three closed in writing before any work starts. No hourly estimates, no ranges, no "it depends".

  3. 03

    We build

A working demo every week, so you are never waiting to find out what you are getting. A direct line to the people building it. No account managers, no subcontractors, no offshoring.

  4. 04

    It goes live

Deployed, or submitted and published to the App Store and Google Play. Documented, handed over, and owned entirely by you. If a store rejects the build, handling the appeal is part of the job, not a change request.

What is always true The parts that are the same on every project, whatever the scope.

Four commitments, on every project.

The date is in the contract

Not an estimate. A date. If we miss it for reasons on our side, you do not pay for the delay.

The price is fixed before we start

Agreed in writing, in advance. No hourly billing and no change request games halfway through.

Every account is yours

Developer accounts, domains, repositories, analytics and ad accounts, all registered in your name from day one. We work inside them as an administrator and we can be removed in one click.

We reply within 24 hours

During the project and before it. If you send something on a Friday evening, you are not waiting until Tuesday.

How we work

We do not sell hours. We sell a date, a price, and software that works on it. No account managers. No subcontractors. No surprise invoice at the end.

Work Products we built, shipped and still run ourselves.

We do not just build software. We ship it and live with it.

These are our own products, not client work. One is a web SaaS, the other a native iOS app that we took through App Store review ourselves. We built both, we run both in production today, and everything we sell is something we have already done with our own money on the line.

Cost

Projects start at $1,500 and most ship in two to eight weeks.

Most studios make you sit through two calls and a proposal before anyone says a number. We would rather you knew in sixty seconds. Set up your project in the estimator and you get a real range straight away, with no email and no form. The exact figure arrives in writing within 48 hours of a call, and it does not move once signed.

Estimate your project
Low risk start For when you like the idea but do not know us yet.

You do not have to commit to the whole project on day one.

Start with one paid week.

We take the smallest useful piece of your project, agree a fixed price for it, and ship it in five working days. You see exactly how we work before committing to anything larger.

  • Fixed price, agreed before we start
  • Delivered in five working days
  • You keep everything we build, whatever you decide next
  • If you continue, the pilot comes off the price of the full project
Straight answers Including the question you are actually thinking.

The questions we get asked.

You have no client logos and no reviews. Why should we trust you?
That is a fair question and we are not going to dress it up. We are a new studio and our published client list is short. What we can show you is two products we built and run ourselves: a SaaS you can sign up for right now, and an iOS app on the App Store you can download in the next two minutes. What we can offer you is structure instead of promises: a fixed price agreed before we start, a delivery date written into the contract, every account registered in your name, and a one week paid pilot so the first commitment you make to us is a small one.
Why are you faster than an agency?
Three reasons, and none of them are magic. We build with modern AI tooling, which genuinely compresses the work. We have no internal meetings, no layers of project management and no account team between you and the code. And we do not have three other clients queued in front of you, because we take on a small number of projects at a time on purpose.
Are you a team or one person?
Small and senior, deliberately. That is the point rather than a limitation. Nothing gets lost in handoffs, nothing is subcontracted out, and the person on the call is the person doing the work.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. All of it, from the first commit. Repositories, developer accounts, domains and infrastructure are registered in your name and your company from day one. We work inside them as an administrator, and you can remove that access at any moment without anything breaking.
What happens if Apple or Google rejects the app?
We handle the appeal. Store rejections are a normal part of publishing rather than an accident, and handling two rounds of them is included in the project price. What we cannot control is how long a review sits in a queue, so review time does not count against the delivery date.
We already have a developer.
Then we are probably the wrong fit, and we would say so on the call. The exception is when you need something they do not cover: getting an app through App Store review, setting up a release pipeline, or building something outside their stack.
What does it actually cost?
Projects start at $1,500 and most ship in two to eight weeks. You do not have to ask us to find out: the estimator gives you a real range for your project in under a minute, with no email and no form. The exact figure comes in writing within 48 hours of a call, and it does not move afterwards.
